Complete your medical intake
Right after checkout you'll complete a secure medical questionnaire and telehealth disclosure through our clinical intake platform.
- Answer honestly and completely, your provider relies on this to decide whether treatment is safe for you.
- Some treatments require recent labs or a short live consultation. If so, your care team will tell you exactly what is needed.
Provider review, then delivery
A clinician licensed in your state reviews your intake. If treatment is appropriate, your prescription is filled by an FDA-registered U.S. pharmacy partner and shipped discreetly with supplies.
- You'll get shipping updates by email, plus instructions for storage and administration.
- Message your care team any time for dose questions, refills, or to pause or cancel a subscription.
