Common questions
What is the difference between an Ambassador and a Partner?
Ambassadors are individuals: clients, brand fans, and anyone sharing their own experience. Partners are businesses with a larger reach, such as gyms, clinics, wellness studios, and coaching practices. Both earn a recurring commission, and Partners earn at the higher rate. Answer the three fit questions and we will show you your rate.
What does recurring mean?
You earn on the first order and again every time that client's plan renews, for as long as they stay on it. Most affiliate programs pay once and stop.
Do I need a medical license or any inventory?
No. You never handle prescriptions, product, or shipping. Providers and pharmacies handle all clinical and fulfillment work.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are made by direct deposit from your dashboard, and tax documents are handled there too. Commissions are approved after an order clears.
How long is my link tracked?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and orders within that window, the sale is credited to you.
What can I say when I share?
Share your own honest experience and let the site do the medical explaining. Never promise results, diagnose, or tell someone a treatment is right for them. Only a licensed provider can decide that.
