Clinical Leadership

Jerry J. Cattelane Jr., D.O.

Medical Director, Emergency Medicine. Practicing medicine since 2001.

Physician-directed care

Rehab® Health Lab's clinical care is directed by Dr. Jerry J. Cattelane Jr., D.O. Dr. Cattelane graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997 and completed his Emergency Medicine residency in Detroit, Michigan in 2001. Since then, he has treated tens of thousands of patients in New York and Florida.

His background in emergency medicine, where decisions are made quickly, on incomplete information, with a patient in front of you, shapes how our protocols are written: conservative dosing, clear escalation criteria, and no treatment started without a documented history.

Dr. Cattelane holds multi-state medical licensure. He is also an affiliated physician with the Front-Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (flccc.net).

Dr. Cattelane's clinical focus spans metabolic and weight management, peptide therapy, testosterone and hormone replacement, and post-viral and longevity medicine. He reviews the treatment protocols behind every category we offer and sets the standards our prescribing providers follow.

Every patient on Rehab® Health Lab is evaluated by a provider licensed in that patient's own state. Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate, and a provider may decline treatment or request labs before approving a plan.

Our Pharmacies

U.S.-based, FDA-registered, state-licensed

Rehab® Health Lab does not manufacture or dispense medication. Prescriptions are filled exclusively by U.S. pharmacy partners that are registered with the FDA and licensed by their state boards of pharmacy.

100% U.S.-based pharmacies

Every prescription written through Rehab® Health Lab is filled by a pharmacy physically located and licensed in the United States. We do not source, import, or ship medication from outside the U.S., and we never operate as an intermediary for foreign pharmacies.

FDA-registered facilities

Our compounding partners are registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are subject to FDA inspection, along with licensure and oversight by their own state boards of pharmacy.

State-licensed to ship to you

A pharmacy is only used for your order if it holds an active non-resident license in your state, so your medication is dispensed under the rules of the state you live in.

cGMP and USP standards

Sterile injectables are prepared under current Good Manufacturing Practice and USP <797> sterile compounding standards, with batch testing for potency, sterility, and endotoxins.

Pharmacist-verified dispensing

A licensed pharmacist reviews every prescription for dose, interactions, and allergy history before it is filled, and your medication ships temperature-controlled directly to your door.

LegitScript certified

Rehab® Health Lab holds LegitScript healthcare merchant certification, which requires ongoing verification of our providers, our pharmacy partners, and how we advertise treatment.

Important information about compounded medication

Some medications prescribed through Rehab® Health Lab are compounded preparations. Compounded drugs are prepared for an individual patient by a licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved products, meaning the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality the way it reviews commercially manufactured drugs. Compounded medication is dispensed only pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed provider following a clinical evaluation.

Rehab® Health Lab provides access to licensed providers and licensed pharmacies. It is not a pharmacy, and it does not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed. Individual results vary. This page is for informational purposes and is not medical advice.
